After earning his law degree from the University of Oregon, Talon gained early courtroom experience as lead counsel in multiple felony complex litigations through the Lake County District Attorney’s Office and later externed with the Lane County Circuit Court under the Honorable Curtis Conover. Since joining Reed Law Firm in 2016, he has handled a wide range of complex personal injury and wrongful death cases, including minors with catastrophic injuries. With ten years of practice and a proven record across complex litigation, Talon now serves as the firm’s Managing Attorney, is licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. He was also elected to serve on his local City Council.
Ulys has spent his career serving Oregon with a deep commitment to both the law and his community. After being admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1974, he went on to serve as District Attorney in three Oregon counties before taking on an 18-year role as a City Attorney, where he managed a wide range of complex civil issues.
